Able Acupuncture Clinic (2100 Avenue de Marlowe, Suite 549, Montreal, QC H4A 3L5) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how we handle it, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. This website uses no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your question or appointment request and to follow up on your inquiry. We never sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

How the contact form works

Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service whose servers are located in the United States, and delivered to our clinic email (Gmail). Your message may therefore be processed outside Québec. Web3Forms does not use your data for its own purposes. If you prefer, you can always call, text or email us directly instead.

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting appointment, then delete them.

Health information

Please avoid including detailed health information in the form — share it with us by phone or in person. Anything you do send is treated confidentially. Clinical records are governed by the clinic’s professional obligations (Ordre des acupuncteurs du Québec), not by this website.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are not satisfied with how your request is handled, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
